- Expert understanding of multiple helpdesks including WHMCS
- LPIC certificate or equivalent (CompTIA IT Fundamentals, RHCSA)
- Server migrations and Database transfers
Level 3 Tech Roles:
- All L2 requirements, including Shell Scripting, Command line programming
- Expert understanding of the Linux OS, including advanced concepts of server performance, server security, disaster recovery, backup restore, and server migrations
- 4+ years of experience in technical support or system administration role (or equivalent)
- cPanel certifications including System Administrator.
- Server migrations, Advance setups, DNS clusters, and Mysql replications
- Cloud migrations, Advance skills in cloud storage and Databases
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT
Cloud Engineer:
- 4+ year of experience working in a cloud environment
- Good understanding of database design and network security as well as in-depth knowledge of various types of network technologies and cloud platform
- Cloud certifications AWS, Azure & GCP
- Handling the design, planning, management, maintenance, and support of cloud-based software systems
- Ensuring and maintaining the security of the cloud infrastructure
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot hosted services issues in a timely manner
Web Development:
- 3+ year experience working as a full-stack web developer
- Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, object-oriented programming, and web application development
- Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built
- Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the website
Application Development:
- 4+ year experience working on App development environment
- Understanding client requirements and how they translate to new application features
- Collaborating with the development team and other IT staff to set specifications for new applications
- Writing high-quality code to program complete applications on schedule
- Design creative prototypes according to specifications
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing
- Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
- Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
